Melbourne Ladies Crackajack Band at Mr. Harris’ funeral.

Thomas Harris died suddenly while playing cricket. He had just been elected President of the Mouth Organ Bands Association that week. Thomas was a cousin of Harold Collier MLCB conductor (from his Mum’s side) and was related to other members in the ladies band too.

  1. The singular guitar, ukulele and banjo. Could they be heard with the numerous harps? All those trophies though. Fair play. Or should that be skilled play! Love these old black and white’s Shep. So much atmosphere and expression showing enjoyable days. All the best.

      1. Very true Shep. Black and white imagery is my favourite. The past film photographer greats were often studied intently. I have a fair few books of theirs. All the best.
